Inside Venue

  • Onsite we offer tables, chairs, and table linens to seat up to 200 people.

  • Full Service kitchen, with appliances to help cook and keep your food warm and ready for your guests. 


  • Sound system for music and portable speaker and mic for indoor and outdoor sound. 


Outdoor Space

  • Have your ceremony using our beautiful wooden arbor that overlooks Spring River. 


  • Feel free to decorate the arbor with your colors and flowers as well as the seating area for your guests. Fake flower arrangements  are welcome for decorations. Real flowers should be used for the flower girl/boy. 


  • There is also plenty of viewing from the venue. Porches with a clear view of the wedding party. 


  • Fire pit is also available for use. This is located near the main entrance of the venue. 

The Cost

Rates

Includes full use of venue. Including table, chairs, table linens. 9am- Midnight

Rental Fees

$1,500.00

  • Rental of facility from 9:00am until midnight.
  • Opportunity between reservation and event to take engagement pictures. Must be arranged prior to shoot.
  • Non-refundable booking fee due at time of reservation. This amount is deducted from your total.
  • Balance and cleaning/damage deposit due 30 days before day of event.
  • Deposit will be refunded within 7 days after event if facility is left clean and without damage or missing items.
  • Any fake flowers dropped & not removed-cleaning deposit will be retained.


Reservation fee

$500.00

  • Required at time of reservation to reserve requested date.Non-refundable.  Deducted from total amount due.


  • An additional $500.00 cleaning /damage deposit due with payment of balance. No later than 30 days prior to event.  


  • Cleaning deposit will be refunded  7 days after event if facility is clean and no damages are made, or items missing.

Set Up and Rehearsal

$500.00

  • Dependent upon availability.
  • Rental of facility from 4pm-10pm the day before your event.

You can use this time for rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, preparation (decorating), whatever you choose to do.


  • Cleaning not provided for day before rental.
  • Day before rental fee's due 30 days prior to event.

Table set up/take down

500

We will set up and tear down tables/chairs.  Put out decorations from TLC Occassions before. 

Pick up and return items from TLC Occassions.

Additional non refundable of 500 for these services. Must be paid with balance 30 days prior to event.

No Rice and No Glitter 


We recommend Bird Seed, Bubbles, or *Sparklers. 


*If using sparklers please have a container with water to dispose of all lit sparklers.

Any serving of liquor we require a licensed bartender.
